We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to effectively manage an organization's HR department and optimize productivity, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of potential candidates
- Reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' soft skills and experience
- Conducting initial interviews and scheduling follow-ups
- Develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures
- Implement and monitor performance management system
- Database logistics, pulling, and vetting on company hiring sites
- Identify future hiring needs
- Maintaining and updating recruitment strategies
- Overseeing leadership development in the office
- Implementing on-boarding procedures and practices for new hires
- Degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent prefered
- General Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
- Knowledge of business principles
- Proficiency with applicant-tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite prefered but not required
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
