We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to effectively manage an organization's HR department and optimize productivity, profitability, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection of potential candidates
  • Reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' soft skills and experience
  • Conducting initial interviews and scheduling follow-ups
  • Develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Implement and monitor performance management system
  • Database logistics, pulling, and vetting on company hiring sites
  • Identify future hiring needs
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment strategies
  • Overseeing leadership development in the office
  • Implementing on-boarding procedures and practices for new hires

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent prefered
  • General Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
  • Knowledge of business principles
  • Proficiency with applicant-tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite prefered but not required
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Team management skills
  • High Communication skills
  • General knowledge of phone etiquette
  • Multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage high volume of applicant vetting

  • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Administer HR policies and procedures
  • Administer compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits
  • Support annual salary review
  • Implement and monitor performance management system
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
  • Administer employee discipline processes
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations
  • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare, and wellness
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent
  • Generalist human resources experience
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
  • Knowledge of business principles
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of relevant software
